THE STUDIO

Sol Moves is currently a virtual studio and travelling studio, hosted by Brianna Law. Offering Private, Semi-Private and Group Classes or Immersion, the focus has and always will be community.

We offer a diverse selection of mindful movement including Yoga and Meditation, Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates and Barre.

OUR INTENTION

“Come as you are” is at the heart of the studio’s values, holding space for EVERYONE and the place they are in their journey. Through movement, the intention is to celebrate the innate joy and freedom that resides within the physical, human form.

Meet your teacher

Brianna (She/Her)

Brianna has always been fascinated by the potential of the human body for strength and grace. Her love of movement started with dance at a young age, and she later discovered yoga as a way to complement her dance training and cope with the rigorous demands of the industry. Her first yoga teacher inspired her with the philosophy of “Come As You Are” and taught her how to cultivate compassion and wholeness. This sparked her curiosity to explore other movement modalities, each becoming a pathway for connection and creativity.

Brianna draws from her background in yoga, dance, pilates and barre to create unique and playful classes that suit individual anatomies. She encourages safe and efficient movement to ensure a sustainable lifelong practice that brings joy and celebrates the complexities of being human.
