Class Structure

We are all unique. From the way we learn to the structure of our weeks. This is why at Sol Moves we have a variety of ways to come to movement.

Private Sessions (1:1)

Sol Moves aims to empower. With 1:1 attention, your movement sessions are designed to meet your individual goals in a supportive and safe environment. Your sessions can be yoga, reformer and mat pilates or barre. You can try each of them out to add variety to your routine.

Private sessions are perfect for you if:

  • You are new to mindful movement and want to understand the basics.

  • Love movement and are looking to take your skills to a new place

  • Have an injury that requires a little more love and understanding.

For best results, we recommend 1-2 private sessions a month alongside small group classes to implement your learnings.  

Privates can be hosted ONLINE only at this stage.


Virtual Classes

Freedom to practice from anywhere (with internet access of course)

Join live group sessions from the comfort of your own home.

These run as short courses and are shared with our community via email.
