Most classes are prop-free. You’ll just need a yoga or Pilates mat. One barre class suggests light weights (or cans/water bottles), and yin can feel extra supported with cushions or a bolster.

No worries. The live Yin, Meditation + Journaling class will be recorded and added to your library so you can join when it suits you.

Absolutely. This program is designed to meet you where you are. Each class is guided with clear instructions, offering variations so you can move in a way that feels safe, nourishing, and accessible.

Most practices are 20–30 minutes, making it easy to weave into your routine. And if you need more spaciousness, you can always pause, revisit, or swap days — this is about moving in your own rhythm.
