  • In what ways have you learned and evolved as an individual?

  • How has your progress shaped you for the future?

Relationships

Our relationships play a vital role in our lives, influencing our happiness, growth, and overall well-being.

  • What relationships you have nurtured this year.

  • Which relationships have brought you joy and a sense of fulfillment?

  • Are there any relationships that may need additional attention or improvement?

Challenges

Challenges are stepping stones to growth, and no journey is without obstacles.

  • What challenges have you faced this year and how did they impact you?

  • How have you navigated challenges and what did you learn from them?

  • Consider the resilience and strength you exhibited and acknowledge the lessons you have gained. Write down how you will apply these lessons in future situations.

Self-care

Reflecting on self care practices is important because it helps us to identify our needs, set healthy boundaries, and cope with stress

  • Have you been taking care of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being?

  • Identify moments when you prioritised self-care and how they positively impacted your life.

  • Write 5 time “ I vow now to continue to incorporate…” and list your 3 top self-care practices.

Dreams

Start to hold space for the future you want to create.

  • What are you dreaming of for the next year?

  • How do your dreams reflect your purpose and passions?

  • How will you make them happen?
